The evening event: ‘How far would you go to save animals – taking the WSPA challenge’ takes place on Tuesday 27th January at WSPA HQ, First Floor, 89 Albert Embankment (nearest rail/tube station Vauxhall) from 6pm. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear WSPA’s bear expert Victor Watkins, Wildlife Manager Iris Marurek and Community Fundraising Manager and participant on WSPA overseas challenges Jane Rockliffe. Bear Adventure (6 –12 September)
Unique opportunity to walk through the beautiful Carpathian Mountains in Romania and see rescued bears at the WSPA built bear sanctuary
Trek Mount Kilimanjaro (14 – 25 October)
Trekker’s ascend Africa’s tallest free standing mountain through varied terrain, including rainforests, moorland and lush meadows and to top it off participants will get to visit a human animal conflict project supported by WSPA
Borneo Jungle Explorer (6 -16 November)
Participants trek through the Kalimantan, an ancient, remote rainforest home to the Dayak people and endangered orangutans. They also visit the Nyaru Menteng Orangutan sanctuary supported by WSPA
